To help families who are experiencing homelessness in the Albuquerque community to achieve sustainable independence.



Our Vision

To have sufficient hosting congregations, support congregations, volunteers and paid staff that there will never be a waiting list for families that qualify for Family Promise services. 

Our Programs

The primary program operated by Family Promise of Albuquerque is a shelter for homeless families with minor children. We currently shelter four families at a time, providing beds, 3 meals a day, job search assistance, literacy training, and skills classes as well as assistance finding sustainable housing. We also have a literacy program, where we match tutors with students needing assistance reaching their goals.
